ORGANIC FARMING

We farm organically and regeneratively, working with nature, using rotations to naturally build soil fertility and to control pests. This is a traditional, mixed farming strategy.

We prioritise the highest levels of animal welfare and do not use GM or routine use of antibiotics. There is no use of pesticides, but instead use natural fertilisers and legumes to build fertility.

We endeavour to improve soil structure, to build soil organic matter and to increase biodiversity. Ecosystem enhancement leads to improved resilience, increased sustainability and a holistic strategy for food production.
